Limitation on Use of linkware Graphics

The custom linkware graphics displayed on this website are provided courtesy of envidesigns under a nonexclusive, non-transferable license for display purposes only on personal and for commercial websites for a small licensing fee.

The web user of a personal website is not permitted to commercially exploit any of the linkware graphics created and designed by envidesigns. Nor can the web user (personal and commercial) transfer it to any third party. Any reprinting, sublicensing, copying, modifying, publishing, assignment, transfer, sales, or other distribution of the linkware web graphics designed by envidesigns and contained within this website or any other website is strictly prohibited without the prior written consent of envidesigns. The web user shall not copy, reverse engineer, translate, port, modify or make derivative works of the linkware web graphics designed and created by envidesigns, in whole or in part.

The web user shall not rent, disclose, publish, sell, assign, lease, sublicense, market, or transfer any the web graphics or any part thereof or use it in any manner not expressly authorized by this End User Agreement.

The web user does not receive any, and envidesigns retains all, ownership rights of all linkware web graphics. Ownership of any of the linkware web graphics can be obtained by purchasing an exclusive copyright license. Please see the pricing section for current Rates.

All linkware graphics are to be used "as they appear" and are not to be cut up or resized or altered in another graphic software package as to alter the ownership of the original image I created.

When using any of my linkware graphics, you must place a logo on your site or text link linking back to envidesigns main entrance page for(http://www.joanngraphics.com/) each web page the graphics reside on.

All graphics are copyrighted and may not be reproduced, even if modified or merged with other graphics. The user shall not alter or remove any copyright notice, digital watermarks or proprietary legend contained in/on any of the linkware graphics. Unauthorized copying of the web graphics, or failure to comply with any of the terms, restrictions, conditions, or limitations herein will result in automatic termination of this non-exclusive license and will make available to envidesigns other legal remedies.

Any copying, derivations, screenshots, reproduction, alteration, archiving, redistribution or commercialization of my work is STRICTLY PROHIBITED without the express written consent of envidesigns. [Basically, don't steal my work and make money off of me!] Please contact the Artist concerning this section.

All linkware is to be downloaded from my web site only. No other website is allowed to offer my graphics from their website in any way shape or form without the express written consent of envidesigns.

My linkware is not available to web sites that contain and/or promote the following:

Sites that promote racism, promote hate and violences

Sites that spread fault malicious information about Jehovah Witnesses

Sites that features offensive and/or illegal materials, including adult content.

Sites that do not display my logo or link back to this URL.

Sites that promote the occult.

The above sites are prohibited from displaying my web graphics on their websites or from purchasing a non-exclusive license!

If requested to remove my linkware graphics due to violations of this linkware license agreement, you will remove my graphics from your server, hard drive, diskette, any CD Rom, Zip drive, network drive, or any forms of electronic/hard storage media within 72 hours or less of being notify.

By using any of the Graphics in the linkware section of envidesigns, you agreement to the terms and conditions as stated above.
